Freshly minced Charolais beef • AOP cheeses • Home cooking
In Marboz, Ain, 15 min from Bourg-en-Bresse
🪑 Intentionally small dining room – often full on weekends
We apply the codes of traditional dining to the burger : fresh produce, short supply chains, cooking to order. What you eat here, you won't find on a motorway service area.
The Charolais meat arrives fresh from the Viande de Bresse slaughterhouse, minced to order. The artisanal bread is supplied by Matt the Baker, a baker in Viriat. The fries are peeled and cut by hand, cooked in beef fat.
The sauces are homemade. The cheeses are AOP : fruity Comté, Bleu de Bresse, Reblochon, Morbier. Each burger is built with the same care as a restaurant dish.
Since 2018, in Marboz, Ain, between Bourg-en-Bresse and Louhans.
